Just a few quick tax questions.

Can an aborted fetus be counted as a dependent?

Does listening to NPR count as a charitable contribution that I can deduct?

I bought Cleveland Browns tickets for this season. That can be counted as a capital loss right?

Do I only need to pay taxes on the money I didn’t spend this year? Which would be great because I spent about twice of what I made this year, so I should be due for a refund then… which I really could use because I spent about twice of what I made this year.

Can I deduct my mortgage payment? I know you can deduct your interest, but that isn’t enough! I work every once in a while at home, so clearly it is a place of work and a business expense.

Can I deduct per diem from my income? I mean if Sarah Palin can charge the state for living in her own home, certainly I can.

I read somewhere that you can get deductions or credits for improving your home, making it more energy efficient. I bought a 52″ LCD TV, which is much more energy efficient than a 52″ Plasma TV. Can I deduct the TV?

That making work pay credit kicks ass! Seeing that there are hundreds of thousands of undocumented workers that won’t use their credit, can I use all of theirs combined?

All the help possible would be appreciated. I need to get this thing mailed by midnight tonight.

PS… because Obama has socialized the country, I don’t need to pay state and local taxes now right?
